Prague Film Institute is an approved international BTEC center for delivering respected work-related British qualifications. BTEC Higher Nationals are internationally-recognised higher education qualifications at level 4 and 5 that are equivalent to the first and second years of a university degree, providing progression to both university and employment. They are delivered at both universities and colleges in 60 countries around the world.
BTEC Higher Nationals qualification is internationally recognized and every year delivered to over 100,000 students in 58 countries. Our programs are certified in Creative Media Production, pathway Film. 1 Year Filmmaking Courses end with BTEC Level 4 HNC. Bachelor in Filmmaking Transfer Program end with BTEC Level 5 HND.
BTEC Higher Nationals are equivalent to the first two years of university, offering progression to more than 95% of universities in the UK into the second or third year of a bachelor’s degree program. The practical and theoretical knowledge gained in our courses prepares graduates well for both entering the film industry and continuing their academic studies. After completing the two-year program at the Prague Film Institute, students have the opportunity to progress directly into the third year of a bachelor’s degree at our partner school in London – Middlesex University – or at another university abroad, and earn a BA degree.
