Investigate the world of content moderation, where refugees endure traumatic conditions for minimal payment in “500 Brutalities a Day.” Documentary filmmaking offers a unique opportunity to tell this impactful story and help change the world.
“500 Brutalities a Day” shows the lives of Facebook and TikTok content moderators living in Kenya who must flag 500 pieces of violent or inappropriate content per day. Our investigative mission aims to reveal the human impact of this exploitation, and we invite five Prague Film Institute students to join us in this vital project.
Take part in this life-changing mission to create a powerful documentary to be showcased at the 2025 One World International Human Rights Film Festival. Filming will take place in Kenya from September 1st to December 31th, with an additional fee covering travel and logistical expenses.
