Graduate with a BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) in Acting, supporting progression to Bachelor’s degree top-up pathways (final year) internationally, or a strong entry point into professional film and TV acting.
The Bachelor Transfer Acting for Film Program is our most comprehensive acting-for-screen training: a two-year, full-time English-taught pathway for beginners and early-stage actors preparing for film and TV. You train in an active film-school environment with a high volume of productions across two years—creating extensive opportunities for on-camera experience and portfolio footage, while learning real set workflows from rehearsal and prep through shooting and professional set etiquette. Across the program, you develop industry-ready presentation materials including professional self-tapes, an industry-standard showreel, filmed scenes, and—where available—additional on-camera clips from workshops or student productions to demonstrate range, supported by integrated technique training and career-focused guidance. After graduation, you can progress to a BA top-up (final year) internationally or step straight into industry work with a strong screen portfolio.

Build a complete industry-standard screen acting portfolio, including professional self-tapes, an industry-standard showreel, filmed scenes, and additional on-camera clips developed across productions and workshops.

Train within a film school producing up to 60 student films across the two-year program, creating extensive opportunities for on-camera experience across a wide range of styles and formats.

Receive structured guidance on auditions, casting platforms, professional presentation, and next career steps—supporting long-term career development in international film and TV contexts.
The program runs full-time over two academic years and is built for steady progress—so you’re constantly training, filming, improving, and building confidence on camera. Each semester has two parts. First, you’re in regular studio training: on-camera classes, filmed scene work, workshops, and direct feedback to sharpen your technique, character choices, and screen presence.
Then you move into the shooting period when our filmmaking students produce a high volume of final films—typically up to 60–70 projects across the two-year program. Acting students collaborate with filmmaking students on these productions, gaining real set experience and learning how film sets actually work. If you’re not on a project during this phase, training continues through guided practice and support—so you keep moving forward either way.
Across two years, you build real on-camera skills, understand set workflows, and leave with a strong screen portfolio ready for auditions, castings, and next steps.
