Learn filmmaking through hands-on practice in a relaxed pace — evenings and selected weekends, easy to combine with work or school.
The 3-Month Filmmaking Course (Part-time) is designed for beginners who want a practical, hands-on introduction to filmmaking at a more relaxed pace. Delivered through evening classes and selected weekends, it’s easy to combine with work, school, travel, or personal creative projects. You’ll learn the foundations of key filmmaking departments — directing, cinematography, producing, editing, and screenwriting — and finish with a completed group short film, written, shot, and finished together as a class. You’ll study in an international classroom and graduate with a certificate of completion — ideal if you’re new to filmmaking and want flexibility while exploring which film role suits you best.

Finish the course with a group short film, written, shot, and completed as a class — a strong first portfolio credit.
In the 3-Month Filmmaking Course (Part-time) you don’t choose a specialisation yet. Instead, you take classes across the core filmmaking departments on a part-time schedule (Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings + selected weekends) to understand the full workflow and explore different roles at a comfortable pace. If you already have a preferred direction, explore each department below to see how that specialisation is integrated into this course. Specialisations become available in our longer programs.

Before the program begins, there are a few essentials to get ready. This section outlines what you’ll need to bring, what is provided by the school, and what to expect in terms of equipment and basic costs.
